Where is Velocity Boot Camp located?
We are located at 2306 Hyperion Ave. at "Studio A Dance " in Silver Lake / Los Feliz.  It is a fantastic indoor location so weather will never be a deciding factor in your workout.

How many days a week can I come to boot camp?

Boot camp runs 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.  We suggest you make it in as often as possible

6am-7am
7am-8am


Can I join at any time?


Sure! There is no specific time of month that the program begins or ends. Feel free to enroll whenever you want. We do however allow only 15 members to participate for each class time (ex: 7-8am) so if you want to ensure your membership, sign up A.S.A.P. Otherwise, we will put you on our waiting list so you will have first dibs when a membership opens.

What kind of exercises are used at Velocity Boot Camp?

Almost every exercise at Velocity Boot Camp involves your own body weight. So many people rely so much on weights, they don't realize that your body is the best tool to achieve the greatest body possible. The exercises are done at high intensities for short periods of time. This pushes you to use your muscles to their limits at a high cardiovascular level. This maximizes the rate you burn fat while developing lean and toned muscle.

What happens if I miss a class?

Although we want you to make it to every class, we know things come up and you sometimes have to miss a day. It's no big deal. You can still achieve remarkable results if you can only make it 3 times a week.

What kind of people am I going to see there?

You are going to meet all sorts of people at Velocity Boot Camp. Some will be in good shape and just want to maintain and others will be beginners. This is the perfect program for you weather your goals are weight loss or increasing your strength. All are welcome to come and encouraged to drive each other to the next level.

I'm not that fit. What if the program is too much for me?

Velocity Boot Camp isn't about knocking out a specific number of reps. We are dedicated to helping you push yourself through exercises as hard as you can to make you progress faster then any other program out there. The effort you put in is a huge part of the results you get.

Can I pay just for the days I want to come?

We're afraid not. The truth of the matter is nearly all people want to work out every day but don't simply because they feel they have nothing to lose if they put it off for just another day. Payment is collected monthly. This gives campers some incentive to come every day and reserves a spot in our camps for them. Besides, if you really want to get in the best shape ever you are going to want to stay involved with a consistent program like this. Of course your best motivator is going to be that you are going to have a great time at camp!

Am I going to be sore all the time?

In all honesty the first few days are going to be the worst. Your body isn't used to this kind of thing so it will take a few days to adjust. Just remember you want to be a little sore after workouts though. That means that they are doing their job and you're getting the push you need to make progress.

So what should I bring to boot camp?

Not a whole lot. Some water, a large towel or exercise mat and a kick butt attitude. We take care of the equipment and the accountability to make sure you get what you came for.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most campers lose an average of 5 to 12 pounds or about 3% body fat a month. Some even more. You will also see your body getting firmer and sculpted. You can expect to get back into your skinny clothes very quickly.

I need help with my diet.  Can Velocity Boot Camp help with that?

Absolutely!  Here at Velocity Boot Camp we know that a great body doesn't just come from a great workout.  It also comes from a healthy diet.  With all the terrible food out there now, it's hard to know what's good or bad to eat.  So we offer free nutritional coaching with your membership.  This way we can give you the knowledge and motivation you need to keep that body changing as quickly as possible.  Most would charge hundreds for the service but Velocity Boot Camp is the only fitness program in Los Angeles that has nutritional coaching at your disposal.

So why can't I just do this kind of stuff at home?
